Information about processing of personal data

  1. Personal data are processed by the Minister of Culture and National Heritage, with the headquarters in Krakowskie Przedmieście 15/17 00-071 Warsaw

  3. The processing of personal data is carried out in order to register the participation of interested persons in conferences as part of Warsaw Creativity Days and takes place on the basis of expressed consent. The consent is voluntary, but its absence will prevent participation in the conference.
  4. Personal data will be passed to the following recipients or their categories: Partners of Creativity Days, ie the Media Klaster Foundation, Beureau of Creative Europe Program, the National Contact Point and the Warsaw Film Foundation.
  5. Data will not be transferred to a third country or an international organization.
  6. The data will be stored until October 31, 2022. to promote the activities of the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage and Creative Days partners for the duration of the processing objective, i.e. promotion of events in the creative sector.
  7. A person that data is being processed has a right to:
    - access to their personal data, in accordance with art. 15 of the regulation,
    - request for correction, in accordance with art. 16 of the regulation,
    - remove or limit the processing, in accordance with art. 17 and 18 of the regulation,
    - raise objections to the processing, in accordance with art. 21 of the regulation,
    - request a transfer of data to another administrator, in accordance with art. 20 of the regulation
  8. If the processing of personal data is conducted on the basis of the consent of the data subject, the consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting the legality of the previously performed processing activities.
  9. The person whose data is being processed has the right to submit a complaint to the President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data..
  10. Automatic decision making is not planned for persons whose data is being processed.
