Our brand – Meble Wójcik – a hero of 'Kryptonim Szef' ('Undercover Boss')

Katarzyna Wójcik-Borsukowicz, who normally works in the finance department, took on a role as Jolanta Szulc and was assigned to work in the production hall in each of the group's three factories. For eight hours a day, she struggled with the challenges that employees face every day. Our heroine really got into her role and immersed herself into Jolanta. She not only worked at the factory, but for the duration of the filming of the programme also didn't live at her house, and commuted to the factory every morning along with other employees.

‘Thanks to the programme, I saw how our company operates from the inside. I met the committed and hard-working crew. After this experience, I greatly appreciate the work carried out every day by more than 1,100 people employed in our factories’, said Katarzyna Wójcik-Borsukowicz. 

We are delighted that Katarzyna Wójcik was the first representative of the furniture industry in 'Undercover Boss'.
